Payment, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Payment

RAPHS membership enables access to courses free of charge. However, we want to identify the subsidised value of the benefit and therefore all courses have an identified “market” cost. All practices within the RAPHS network will receive an annual benefits received statement that reflects the aggregate subsidised value of all practice staff members who have attended courses.

For persons outside the RAPHS network, payment is required prior to the course start to ensure your place is secured. Course registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment is required within 7 days of the date of invoice. Your PDF tax invoice will be emailed one business day after registering for your chosen course. Courses will be billed in New Zealand Dollars. Accepted payment method is bank transfer.

Cancellation

Please be aware that set-up and booking of the training facility, preparations by trainer and administration team have been put in place on the understanding that you/your candidate(s) will attend. Attendance is confirmed by receipt of order approval. You may cancel your registration up to 24 hours of the course starting. Following the start of the course, a refund cannot be offered. Please note no shows are considered to be a cancellation.

Expenses

Any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred by RAPHS in the enforcement of any rights contained in these terms of trade will be paid by the customer, including any reasonable solicitor’s fees or debt collection agency fees.

Course Transfers and Refunds

Practices may transfer a registrant to another course 3 business days or more prior to the course start date. You will be charged or refunded any differences in the course price. Please note that a course will run providing minimum numbers have been met. In the event that numbers are not met you will be offered to transfer your booking to the next available course at our Training Centre. In the event a course is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled RAPHS will refund all fees paid by you.
